This is our 4th trip to this same condo and we have had a good experience every time. The condo has not been modernized in years but everything works and is adequate. The view is great and height (5th floor) is about right. It would be nice to have some more comfortable furniture on the deck.

Unit was as beautiful as the pictures show. Comfortable seating and spacious. We loved the ocean view and large balcony that is big enough up on 6th floor to not be disturbed by pool noise and enjoy the privacy. We did not do major cooking but kitchen appears to have all the basic need and then some. Ice maker is noisy so we shut it off ( NOT usual lift the lever!! Read directions.). Lots of great seafood in the area: Murrells Inlet to Pawleys Island. Also enjoyed visiting Brookgreen Gardens. Only downside was the week we chose was Biker Week and can get noisy. Will check dates next time to avoid that week. Otherwise, highly recommend.

This place was absolutely amazing..I will be staying in this unit on every trip I make to myrtle beach for now on. The price was worth every dime. The condo was clean very nicely decorated.really I can not say enough about how much i enjoyed my stay there.

My Family and I have rented Sandy Beach (Mystic Tide) for the past 4 years for our annual vacation. We love everything about the house and location. We take our golf cart with us every year and use it to haul all the umbrellas, chairs, etc. to the beach every morning. The house is close enough to walk to the beach, but far enough back to have plenty of peace and quiet. The pool is excellent for taking a dip after being on the beach all day. We look forward to staying at this house for many years to come.

Have stayed in several units in the Sea Oaks complex over the years. This is one of the nicest. Unit was clean with many updates. Nice bar-height table and chairs on the porch. Will definitely try to get this same unit again for future stays.

Our long holiday weekend was enjoyable at this lovely 3 bedroom condo. The location was great and the layout of the unit was nice. The property could definitely use some sprucing up, as it is VERY dated.
