Very nice facility, we had issues with dryer and toilet seat. dryer was fixed and toilet seat toward end of stay was not. Garden city worked very hard to take care of problems. Some renters don't report problems so unless cleaning crews check very closely some things are overlooked. Some problems can only be realized by living in unit. Sound transfers between floors easily. Maintenance needs to leave notes after they leave unit after fixing problems. We always try to leave unit in better shape than we find it. We were very satisfied with unit.

The only downside was the fact that other tenants took the luggage carts into their units on Friday night. At 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, there were ZERO available carts.Perhaps a notice in the elevator about this selfish behavior might help. Finally, woman who checks you in is always very nice.

Wonderful place for Family!

Great location! Great seafood at the inlet. Close enough but not too close for Myrtle Beach traffic.

The condo was beautiful and clean! Great view of the beach! Great place to spend a relaxing vacation!

We had a wonderful time in Garden City. The location to the pier and ocean was perfect. There was plenty of seating inside, however, I would say that the furniture was outdated. A few of the kitchen appliances were also outdated.

Second year staying with Garden City Rental. Had a wonderful time again will return. Would like to see some updates done to the home. Overall it's all about the location for our family and that was spot on.

SeaCamp is an excellent house. I have been vacationing in the Garden City area for MANY summers! SeaCamp is possibly the best house we have ever rented. The home is in fine condition and the simple decor/design made it ideal for our needs. I have 2 negatives I can apply to this place. The pool is a little small. However, it provided a place for the kids to still have some water play and stay out of the sun for a little while. The mattress covers could stand to be cleaned/replaced, our cover was on the dirty side of the spectrum. I did not hear any one else complain about their cover. Please don't let these negatives deter you. It is an excellent rental in an excellent location.

Our 5th time at the Metzler Beach House with the whole family. We keep coming back for the location, the fact that the pool is shaded in the afternoon when the little ones need out of the sun, and that the house can handle all of us!

Comfortable furniture, comfortable beds, very very clean. Keyless entry pad is the best thing ever--love love love when we get rooms where we do not have to keep up with keys!!!! The new locked gates for pool and beach access are wonderful as well! Pool was spotless. Jackie ( I hope I'm remembering her name right) at check-in is the sweetest lady!

Everything was great except we only had one trash can which was full when we checked in. Unfortunately, we left the can full when we left. We noticed most houses had 2 cans. We did not know where to put the recycling either.

We fully enjoyed our stay at Surf master 304. The outside deck was very nice looking at the ocean and eating on it. Rooms were very nice. We liked the number coded gates to get into the complex from the beach also liked the security guards they had walking on the complex. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time. Location, layout, amenities were fabulous. Property is always clean and management is always friendly, courteous and helpful. We have stayed at surf master before and had no problems then. Always a pleasant experience.

Our family had a great time at Pooh’s Corner! We loved having the fishing dock. We caught lots of different species this year. The house is roomy enough. Would love it if the downstairs bathroom had a shower. It was very clean. We are going to rent it again next year. Great place!
