Our family was very pleased with Snout by the Sea. The only difficulty we had with the house was with parking. My brother-in-law never could get into the space so that his vehicle was out of our way, but that may be more of a "BIL" problem. My husband and I parked on the street, and had no issues.

The Afterdeck is my happy place!! We have stayed with our children and with friends and in a group (using multiple units)
The property is so clean and well maintained, in the event there is an issue it is addressed immediately.
Checking in and out were both so easy. I took advantage of the sheet and towel accommodations that super convenient.
The unit was impeccably decorated and fully stocked making our stay hard to end, it's just perfect!!
Nothing beats the view from the balcony and convenience of the elevator.
This is our beach destination for years to come, maybe someday we'll be owners!!

We had a VRBO cancellation less than one week before our vacation was scheduled to start. Finding this property 5 days before we were scheduled to arrive was a miracle.
The house is clean and well furnished, there were ample dishes, flatware, kitchen space, and beach toys. The beach is open and our two daughters were able to play and run on the beach without disruption or fear of crowds. The pool is well kept and was never crowded. Overall it was a fantastic experience and it's likely we will be back.
One critique is that the black deck paint gets extremely hot during the day, you can't make the trip to the pool or the beach barefoot without burning your feet.

Jolly Mon II was actually a replacement property found for us by Garden City Realty after we encountered issues upon arrival at our original rental. 

Jolly Mon II was perfect for our fairly large group. It was spotless and well-appointed, and everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Features we liked best: easy beach access across the street, the quiet residential neighborhood, and especially the tree-shaded pool in the back. Overall, excellent experience, and we would definitely rent again.

We had a great time! GCR was very accomodating getting house cleaned & getting us in early. It was sppreciated. I would like to express a concern I have for renting the property again. I feel that when I’m paying that much money for property and I have the view that Poohs corner offers me of a sunset I would like to be able to watch it comfortably. There was no place to sit under the house to enjoy the breeze, and there was no place to sit other than a Walmart stackable chair on the back porch. If you’ve ever sat in the plastic stackable then chairs that they had at the property you would understand why this was unacceptable. For this reason I Would have to consider not renting Poohs corner again until they can actually put some furniture on the porches. Other than that the only other suggestion I would have is to maybe upgrade the kitchen supplies. It felt like someone went to the homeless shelter and just picked up a bunch of pots and pans and utensils instead of a home having a stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable the furniture was very nice inside the location is perfect and these are minor changes that I would offer a suggestion to the owner to change.
