Great location. Condo was well equipped. The only item we could not locate was an ironing board. Owner had labeled remotes, displayed important numbers and information which was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

We had a great stay. The unit was extremely clean which I was very thankful for. The location is perfect. Not a far walk from the beach at all. The only 2 complaints I have are the beds are super uncomfortable. Didn’t sleep well the whole week. And only allows 1 parking pass and parking was a little rough if having to park underneath.

Unit was in an excellent location! Plenty big enough for my family. Unit was clean. Very convenient having a washer and dryer in unit. Staff was very friendly especially the young lady at the office check in desk. Quiet area and very family oriented. Only downside was we didn’t want our vacation to end. Will definitely be back!

Our vacation was perfect in this condo. It was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated and not dilapidated . Very quiet unit with a beautiful beach view. Garden City Realty was very friendly and professional on our arrival. The condo staff was very helpful in directions and information along with keeping the facilities very clean and organized. I will return!

First the house was great overall! A couple things that could be better: get rid of coffee table and put big ottoman there, 2 rockers on porch had arms that were broken, washing machines spin cycle on first washing doesn’t work you had to do the second spin to get clothes spun dry. We would definitely come back��
