This rental accomodated my family nicely. Right on the ocean and first floor. It is right in the middle of all the attractions at Garden City Beach. The condo was nice and clean. We would stay here again.

Clean and beautifully appointed. Completely accessible to wheelchair. Dishwasher didn't clean well; we hand-washed dishes. Best view ever. Nicest and most accommodating owner ever. Will return!

Rental was very roomy for 12 people. Clean and nice furniture. Pool was clean and great for everyone. Ample parking and nice yard.

Overall this was an awesome place to stay . The view was basically ocean front and mere feet from the beach . The place was clean and maintained. Only two minor complaints. The patio furniture is incredibly uncomfortable to sit in for any period of time. The kitchen is lacking on cookware. We only had one small skillet and even it had rust on the inside .

That being said , I would most definitely recommend this unit . The location, view, and cleanliness were great! They also had a security guard walking around a night which was an added comfort.

It was the perfect house!! Right across the street from the beach!! Close to restaurants and stores and the pier!! Loved the way it was decorated!! We will definitely go back.

We had a wonderful vacation in Grammies Playhouse. The open downstairs area was perfect for everyone to spend time together. We eat some dinners together and played games at the table. Spending the days at the beach but also being able to swim in the pool at night or when the grow ups needed a little rest was a great addition to your typical rental. This is listed as 3rd row but was better then 2nd row houses I have stayed in. You could see the ocean and marsh from the balconies. Public access to the beach is just a hop & skip away. I would rent again if we return to the area. Only thing I would suggest that some of the outside furniture be replaced. Many chairs in back yard that we could not sit in due to being broken. One swing on the balcony needs repaired.

We have rented through Garden City Realty for the past 30 years staying primarily at Compass Rose. We like “32”because of the view. The kitchen has everything you need. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We are already planning to stay again next year.

This was our first year staying in 907, and we were very happy with the decor and overall atmosphere. The condo is close in proximity to restaurants, stores, pier etc. The best thing by far about the unit is the VIEW! It is absolutely amazing! It's a quick elevator ride to the beach, pool and hot tub which are all very nice and well maintained. A couple of things that could be improved are: the refrigerator makes a very loud noise, the beds are not the most comfortable, bathrooms could use some updating. Overall, the condo is beautiful, very tastefully decorated and spacious. Our family had a wonderful time and would definitely go back.

This is a beautiful home. The pool area and outdoor kitchen are a perfect gathering place for everyone. The kitchens were well-equipped. The views of the sunset are amazing. The dock and little beach are perfect for small kids. We loved this house.

Great location, not as commercial and busy as MB and NMB. Property had great views and had a large porch to see the ocean from along with ocean view from master bedroom.
