This unit is very nice. The owner provides everything you need for your stay. The only disappointment was the rental of the chairs and umbrella on the beach that was provided in the past. We were expecting it this year also. We didn't budget an extra $380 for the two weeks. We will probably not be renting this unit again for this reason.

Overall house was great. Beach was 10 min walk (2 min drive). Only downside about the trip was the neighbors dog that barked a lot. Other than that we enjoyed the stay.

Location and amenities of the resort are amazing! Out unit was good, the bathroom showers could use a little upgrade with caulking, scrubbing mold really good and drain speed, but overall the place was great. The closet door was broken in 1 room and 1 TV did not work, so those little things aside, we would definitely choose this unit again!

We truly enjoyed our time at Garden City. The room we had was very nice and welcoming . It was nicely decorated and freshly painted. Good quality furniture was a real plus.

The condo was very clean, and we really enjoyed the location and the beautiful view. The living room furniture could use some updates as the chairs were broken and the couch is quite worn. The beds were okay, though not the most comfortable. Overall, the cleanliness and location made for an enjoyable stay

GREAT 7-DAY Stay in Sea Mystique 105!!! The Unit was updated Beautifully and Clean. Location on 1st floor was perfect. Outside deck was furnished very well with nice high chairs for Pool/Ocean/Beach Viewing.
The Hall Bedroom Bunk had a Full Mattress on the bottom that was very beneficial to sleep two. It was a short walk to the King Fisher Pier and other dining and shopping opportunities. STRONGLY RECCOMEND!!!

We had a wonderful experience with the rental of Afterdeck #206, The property description was accurate and up-to-date. I would recommend this property to all of my friends and relatives.

The unit was clean, but needed some new rugs. The shower doors kept coming off the tracks. TP holder also. The electricity/switches in the bedrooms were wonky. Outlets, lights and fan controlled by a single switch. Awkward. Balcony and balcony doors were great. Nice kitchen. Parking was decent-large lot directly across the street. Atalaya staff constantly policing parking lots and property. The property has key code entry lock that changed mid-week and we couldn’t get in. Elevators worked well, and fast. Nice decks on oceanfront. Beach In front of property is very narrow, especially at high tide. Pools are nice. Very quiet area. Convenient to restaurants and Murrell’s Inlet.
Garden City Realty was great to deal with. Very helpful. Received a text when our room was ready. Good communication from them. Very courteous, and quick to respond to our needs during the week!
