This is our 3rd year at Surf Master 108. It is the perfect room. When you are in the living room, you feel like you are sitting on the sand. Plenty of dishes, utensils, cookware. More than any other place we have stayed. It was clean, air condition system kept up. Our room was really close to where we parked. Just really don't have anything bad to say about it.

A king size bed would be preferred in the master bedroom and a softer mattress in the second bedroom. The newer TVs were harder for us to understand to operate. There were a few kitchen lights out but the realty company had them fixed in no time. Overall,loved the condo.

House was just as the pics showed. Love how close this house is to the sand and water. There's no long deck taking you over dunes and out to the beach which is nice. There are some small side steps through some brush for getting off the concrete pad, but it would be nice to have steps or a ramp coming right off the front portion of the concrete.
The house had sand/dirt on the floors and on the couches. The bathmats were dirty. Other than that, it was fairly clean.
A suggestion for the kitchen would more pots/pans. Not much at all to do any cooking.
Also a couple of rocking chairs for the front porch would be a wonderful addition. Everyone needs a rocking chair to sit in at the beach. :)
We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this house in the future.
Thank you and woof woof for being pet friendly to our fur babies. Our pups had a relaxing week.

Our week at Pooh's Corner was hands down the best vacation! From the beautiful sunset to the awesome fishing on the pier! I personally could just float for days in the pool!

Everything about it was excellent!! 

Birthday week with great friends. That view and that breeze on the balcony... corner units only for me from now on!!

The spacious living area was perfect for five people!! The pool was chilly, but the hot tub was great!! I loved having a Keurig and a coffee maker, made it easier for flavored coffee drinkers with regular coffee lovers in the group!! All in all, it was a wonderful trip!!

I had a wonderful experience with Garden City Realty thru out this COVID debacle! I had reservations back in May but had to reschedule. I got the same condo and it was very nice. Furnishings were extremely up to date and the condo was clean .

This unit is beautifully decorated, and has all the amenities you could ask for!!! Beach theme throughout!! They beds were very comfortable, and the unit was spotless!!!!
