We have been vacationing in Garden City, SC for 20+ years. We have stayed in several units at the Beach House through those years. Unit 107 is definitely one of our favorites. We have used Garden City Realty’s services several times, and have always been pleased with their service. Their customer service reps are kind, helpful and respectful, and their housekeeping services have been fairly decent most times. The hallways, and doors of the exterior building definitely do
need a facelift, as they are looking quite worn.

We had great weather and a wonderful time. Unit 811 is comfortable and mostly well appointed. The kitchen could use a 's kind of hard to find things, but most of the things you need are there. We enjoyed the space and the beds were comfortable. It was nice that there was a roku box attached to the TV so that we could access some of our streaming services.

Flip Flop Inn was wonderful! From a seamless check-in to the day we dropped the keys off it was wonderful; clean, stocked with all you need. My daughter and I and our small dog loved the front porch. Location was perfect.

We have rented in this Building for many years. We rent for two months at a time and have moved around over the years depending on being able to get two contiguous months in the same unit. We now reserve for our next two months as we arrive for the present two months. We have been happy with Unit 111, Unit 314, Unit 614 and now Unit 413 going forward.

Mount Sterling

We love Garden City area and staying at the Beach House. This was our third time staying at Beach House condos. Beach House 110 was clean, had everything we needed and just a few steps to the beach. Kroger and Walmart is a short drive when you need to get groceries and supplies. You can sit on the living room couch and see the ocean. I recommend staying in this condo.

What a lovely condo. We have stayed multiple times at Surfmaster but this was our first rental of unit 210. The updated kitchen/bathrooms, the quiet washer/dryer, the furnishings, the table by the window, the balcony adirondack chairs, drapes instead of vertical blinds, the comfortable bedding....everything reflected thoughtful touches from the owner.
