Great house! My grandkids love the pool and the beach is an easy walk. Excellent layout as far as bedrooms and baths.
Wish they would dredge the canal because it's high and dry at low tide.

This vacation house was beautiful and perfect . We had a total of 8 guests and it suited us perfectly . The location was family oriented and the views were amazing. The kitchen was huge and there was plenty of room for cooking for a big family . The house was clean and the AC worked perfectly , even on the hottest of the days . The bathrooms were huge and I absolutely loved the showers . The porch was so peaceful to sit on and watch the sun rise in the am . I can’t say enough good things about this house . I highly recommend it !!!!

Great house with all the amenities. House was super clean and new appliances in kitchen. 1 block from the beach. The pool was amazing, perfect size for 6 adults and 2 kids. We would 100% rent this house again. The employees at Garden City Realty were great to work with.

The house is spacious, and perfect for up to 14 people or more if you just have many kids. The pool at the house is a good size for for everyone in the house to relax, and a great break from beach. Just two blocks from the beach and several bars and restaurants within a block walk as well.

This was our third year in a row for our stay in this condo. We love this condo. It suits all of our needs for our multi family vacation. The balcony is a place that we spend a lot of evenings. It is so comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable. It is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this condo!

Condo was a good size for 6 people. The updated living, dining and bedrooms were very nicely updated. And comfortable. I am assuming they will be updating the bathrooms and kitchen soon.
The location was perfect, 2nd floor with a beautiful view of pool and ocean and easy access to both.
The condo needed more plates but otherwise the kitchen was equipped with all necessities.
The unit was not cleaned thoroughly because we found the closets very Sandy in all the bedrooms.
And we had an issue with the cleaning crew taking the rented beach equipment we left for pick up which was labeled by the rental company. Luckily they caught them in time, and retrieved their stuff out of the cleaning van.
We had difficulty trying to relay to the owners, through Garden City Rental, that they needs more than the 4 plastic, inexpensive chairs for the outdoor patio. It rents for 8, which did not make sense. Garden City Reality were very nice and addressed most of our issues but the idea that we had to pick up keys, which we did not need or get, and sign a contract, was a waste of time. We signed a contract online and they gave us a code to get in, which they could have sent that day.
Overall it was a nice place and we had a fantastic vacation. We just hope these issues will be addressed.

Our stay in the Marlin Quay 204 was perfect. The accommodations were very nice, the kitchen was fully supplied with everything we needed. The mattresses were SO comfortable. Our balcony overlooked the marina with a beautiful view of the sky at back of us. We could watch the grandchildren swimming in the front pool from our balcony. We had only one issue but we managed to work around it. There were four adults and we were only given one key to the condo and gate to parking lot. This meant that if we left in different cars we had to coordinate what time to be back so we all had access. One sweet lady (I'm sorry, I wish I could recall her name) tried to get us a second, even contacted the HOA which promised her they would have an extra key at the office the next day. When I went to get it, it was not there. We did not let this hinder our fun, though. All in all, it was great and the condo was super clean and comfortable.
