Better Twin has an amazing location to the beach. So close. Pop out the door and on the beach in 3 minutes. Nice to have two porches to hang out. Top porch can slightly see the ocean between two buildings. The pool was awesome in that it was larger than others I saw and had a larger patio around it than most.

The house had a lot of room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. We did not use the appliances or tv so can't speak to that. Linens are there but you have to make your own beds.

The only thing that could be upgraded was the wi-fi. Only could get it to work in certain areas of the house. Couldn't always get messages or send pictures. We did have everyone in the house hooked to it though, so that could have been the reason.

Overall I would highly recommend!

Flip flop inn. Great location. Very Roomy!!! definitely colorful. Great staff at Garden City Realty. I liked it enough that I have already reserved it for the 2022 season. I really like the linen packages come with the rental. Parking underneath was great. Pick ick tables and charcoal grill were used almost every day.

Overall a great vacation. Side view of the ocean was fine. Only draw back was very small shower in the master bathroom but I would definitely rent this unit again.

We always love staying at the Sundial. The room was clean, except for the moldy shower curtain...nasty! We did have an issue where the air stopped working, however they sent someone over right away and it was fixed!

The property was nice. The only problems we had the internet did not work, be sure to bring trash bags, toilet paper. It wasn't a problem to get but I've stayed at other properties like this and those things were provided. The parking isn't that great. would love to have a grill outside their other property sandy shore 1 does have one. very short walk to the beach. I would stay there again Over all great place.

Modern Condo that looks better than any of the other condos seen or stayed in at Duneside III. It’s right beside the Pier and has a pool. The only complaint is the mattress on the bed in the bedroom is horrible and needs replacing. The springs in the mattress are worn out and you sleep on a slant toward the middle. Everything else is great.

My family had a great time at the condo. Beauriful sunset views of the marsh and closest to the pool. Everything was nice and clean inside and around the complex. We'll definitely stay there again.

We have rented Actually Ours for 5 years in a row! We are a family of 6 with 3 kids. The house feels like we are “home”. It has everything we need and the location is great. We love the porches and the pool and the location to the beach. Also the great eating places within walking distance. The inside furnishings (especially the recliners) are so comfortable as are the beds! The owner and Garden City Realty are very nice to work with. We hope to continue renting there for years to come. It’s perfect for us!

The location was perfect, close to beach but very quiet area. The layout was accurate, it was a good size for five people. The kitchen needed some smaller pots, but everything else was fine. We were told a few days before that our check in could be as late as 7 pm, which was upsetting after an 11 hour drive with a dog! Fortunately it was not that late, check in and out were very smooth. Loved the keyless entry and big porch with swing!

A family holiday stay-cation! All the best rolled into one. Condo was lovely, comfortable and furnishings were lovely. Well outfitted! Beautiful sunset views of Murrell's Inlet, great activity at the marina, across street from the beach, and 2 private pools. Something for everyone...

We had a great week at the beach. Garden City Realty is our favorite realty company to deal with. Our beach house was well equipped and set up when we arrived. Check in was quick and we went straight to the house. Everything was as it appeared in the ads. We will be back next summer!

Rusty Pelican was the perfect vacation home for my family! We spent our days relaxing in the beautiful pool and our nights enjoying the tranquil view from the private dock. We will definitely book this home again!
