This was our second stay in the Surfmaster building. We really like the ease of getting to the beach for our son who uses a wheelchair. This unit is mostly remodeled, although they need to remove the carpet in the bedrooms, which were very dirty. Carpet in a beach place is never a good idea. A couple of maintenance things - one of the rattan chairs is broken and about to collapse. And the thermostat did not accurately reflect the temperature in the unit, causing the A/C to run constantly. It would say it was 76° when I’m sure it was more like 66°. We had to constantly adjust it. Other than that, the unit was very nice and we enjoyed our time there.

This condo is gorgeous. Fantastic views, comfortable furniture, nice bathrooms. The only issue we had was that the HVAC system is really loud. If anyone is a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs. Other than that, the condo is great.

We stayed at One Ocean Place room 602. The room was beautiful. It was so clean. And the view was perfect. Can’t wait to stay again next year. Was a week of fun & relaxation. Thank you Garden City Realty for being the best to book with.

Rental process was very friendly and efficient

House was overall clean. Pool was great. Plenty of storage. Great appliances. Pretty decor. Great location, even though it was next to public parking it was quiet. Very close to beach access. Outdoor refrigerator was a plus for beverages. Only negatives are the kitchen cabinets/drawers need a good clean out, the carpets are very stained, and needs a key to be able to use the outdoor closet to keep golf clubs or other beach items in at night.

Definitely would rent Beach Time again.

There were a couple of issues because the house was sold and a new owner did not have the internet and cable turned on, but Garden City realty work hard to get everything turn on. The realty company and their people were great. The house was wonderful, pool refreshing, wish I was there today and not back at work! Only issue with the area is that there are not enough places to eat unless you want to wait 2 hour to get a table and beach access was a 1/4 mile walk from the house. But over all the house and Garden city realty were wonderful. We had good weather and fun. I would recommend this house and realty company if you want a stress free vacation.

Overall a great experience with this property. I have rented this property a multiple times and its amazing. Our family loves it! Recently our family acquired a new pet. He's a 45lb Labrador that's currently at 9 months old. When we rented the property it states "pet friendly". Upon check in I was informed that my dog wasn't old enough to stay at the property. GCR states says that the pet must be at least 16 months old and a maximum of 50 lbs. I was informed that management would make an exception but I would be charged a non refundable deposit of $500. After some back and forth with myself and the check in staff, I was informed that they would reduce it to just shy of $400 or I would have to board my pet elsewhere. Luckily for us, were basically locals. I took my pet home and had a friend take care of him while we were vacationing but sadly my children had to go without their pet for a week due to some miscommunications. I strongly suggest reading the fine print about GCR pet policies or you may be stuck paying a fee you were expecting.

We had a wonderful family vacation! The house was beautiful and clean and so convenient to the beach. We loved having our own pool to hang out around and enjoy as a family. Highly recommend this rental and Garden City Realty!

The location was great. It was easy to access with keyless entry. The gated areas were also easy to use. Glad to see security was patrolling. Overall it was pleasant in every manner.

Been at this location but not this unit, it is a very nice location however it was a very busy and crowed week. More than we expected in September. Our unit was nice except the bed was way too soft and the carpet needs some attention, sliding door needs some lubrication but everything else was good and clean.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Waterforde 203. The unit was clean and in very good condition. The whole Waterforde complex is in excellent condition and well managed. Garden City Realty did an exceptional job in having the unit ready for us earlier than expected. I would recommend both Garden City Realty and Waterforde 203 to anyone.

Condo has great view of the sunset. Only complaint was that 1 pool was not clean. Second pool was very clean.
