We tried a different unit this time. Very nice, remodeled, very clean. It was very nice. Only complaint was no lamps by the bed in master bedroom. Not good for people who read in bed. Bought two cheapies at Wal-Mart but took them with us.

The property was super clean, and it is so much nicer than the pictures. Our only complaint was the thermostat was auto-controlled somehow to go up to 74 degrees. You could manually control it during the day by continually setting it to a lower temp, but during the night it was a problem. If you don't mind a warm room, this property is otherwise delightful, has a great location, and the the complex is great for families. With a lower set temp, this rental would get a five star.

Ocean Mist was a great house for our party of 14. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and a crock pot. All beds were comfortable. Porch chairs were excellent with a variety of rocking chairs, bar height chairs and Adirondacks. The pool was clean and refreshing with nice pool furniture. There are 2 Jack and Jill bathrooms with showers only upstairs, a hall bath downstairs with a tub and another jack and Jill bathroom downstairs with a tub. The 5th bathroom is outside access from the beach. The house has a charcoal grill. The only negative is that high tide comes all the way up to the sea wall, so you have to come off the beach 1-2 hours during high tide.

Surf Master 402 is very clean and updated. Great location and ocean view is amazing. Recommendation - install curtain/door on the master bath - I knew this when we rented but was looking for a three bedroom condo without twin beds. The queen beds mattresses need to be replaced. I highly recommend Garden City Realty Rental - will diffidently book again with them.

Excellent property. Very clean and comfortable. Ice maker didn’t work but, we were told we would be reimbursed for ice purchases. We opted to just cover it. (But we did appreciate the offer.) Very nice place! Would recommend to anyone. Garden City Realty was very professional, friendly, and courteous. It was a great week!

We had a great stay in Surf Master 202! It was immaculate! I would definitely stay there again. The location was great. We rented beach chairs from the lifeguard for the week at a reasonable rate and didn't have to worry about finding a spot. The pool and the hot tub were clean and well maintained. When we were not on the beach or at the pool, we were in Murrells Inlet on the Marsh Walk. The food and music were fantastic. We also docked our boat at Marlin Quay Marina and fished in the inlet for a few days. We caught several fish. We also hung out at Garden City Pier and enjoyed karaoke. Sam's Corner and Garden City Pancake house were great places to eat as well.

Very nice condo; neat and clean. Well furnished & kitchen nicely stocked. Good bedding. Guest bedrooms had dresser space unlike some other Compass rose condos we've stayed in. Great views of course and not too high to take the stairs.
