Beautiful condo! Staid here for two weeks in October 2021. It's nice to find an owner that puts money back into their condo. Beautiful upgrades, great water pressure, comfortable beds.

We loved having a screen door in October when the nights were cool.

Definitely would rent again.

Mary was great. Easy to reach and good follow up. Excellent property. On the Beach. Roomy. All furniture in good condition. Bedding was nice and firm. Would enjoy a little more water pressure in the shower but certainly adequate. All Appliances work. Clean and neat. Easy to get to. Many needed businesses close by. Golf courses within 20 minutes

Surprised by the layout and all the space. Great views of the Atlantic as well as Merrill’s inlet. Coming in great area for W&D easy to drop offf towels or shoes. Very nice kitchen, great having a pantry! Plenty of recline furniture- comfortable for everyone. Mary Black couldn’t have been nicer and gave good information. Exactly who you want to welcome you to your long awaited vacation.

Everything was pretty near perfect with our rental. The only concern we had was that the beds were very uncomfortable. The view was spectacular. Restaurants were close by.

Surfmaster 314 was nicely updated and clean.
Definitely need to change the carpets in the bedrooms as they are in bad shape but other than that, the unit is nice.

Very smooth and professional. Been using Dunes for the past 10 years. Had an issue over the phone with an employee and again with the same employee at check in. Decided to try a new place.

Sun, toes shifting through the sand and floating in the pool is a great escape..

Thank you so much. This house is adorable. It was perfect for us and our 2 beagles. We had a very relaxing week. Rented Golf cart, that made my old dog very happy. Would HIGHLY reccomend.

House was clean upon arrival. Linens being part of the package was a huge plus! Not having to pack linens saves lots of room. Bathroom updates would be a plus with a walk in shower instead of having to step over into tubs with shower doors. Overall a great time with family. A stick vacuum would also be a plus - broom was available but it’s hard to keep sand swept up - much easier to vacuum. I also had to ask for a mop as we had little people with us, however Garden City Realty was quick to respond the two times I called them. Great realty company!
