Overall a great experience. New and clean, and well furnished. Great location and plenty of parking. My one nitpick were the televisions and third party channel services. Perhaps we did not know how to use the services but I could not get local channels or any paid TV service for sports. I think for the price some basic service with local channels should be included. Other than that the home was nearly perfect.

This is a delightful place to celebrate with family.
we only had one bad experience. The heat went out two times in Surfmaster 107. But- the maintenance man came immediately both times and got it to work. He indicated that the unit probably needed to be replaced. So- hope that is taken care of before someone else gets cold!

Could not have asked for a better experience. The condo had everything we needed. You know the owners take pride in serving their guests when the balcony furniture was not just the typical plastic chairs that you find in most rentals but beautiful, comfortable seating. The entire condo is wonderfully furnished and decorated. Thank you owners for letting us stay in your home away from home.

This is the 3rd year we have rented this property for the Thanksgiving week. Our family is large, about 20 people, and being on the ocean is a treat. The house needs updating, mattresses, blinds, couches, chairs, etc are original from 2003 and have outlived their useful life. The mechanics are fine and the rental company will quickly fix any problems when you call.
