Awesome house and location with a quiet beach and amazing views

We were an extended family group of around 35 people, from babies to grandparents, and rented both sides of the house. Loved the large kitchens, dual fridges and dishwashers, and ample seating, as we had all our meals at the house. Location was convenient to airport, grocery stores, and day-trip options. Beach was nice and so close, with lovely views from the balconies. We ended up using the pool more than we expected and it was a fun gathering spot for all ages. The 16 bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for privacy, and with enough space to gather in the common areas or on the porch. We had a few minor maintenance requests during the week, which were handled promptly. Already looking forward to our next stay at P’s and T’s!

The large room is separate from the main living area. It is like it's own little apartment. Me and my husband loved having our own space. We have teens so they loved it too.This is a great place to stay !!

The condo was gorgeous. Well kept perfect for our vaca. The view was spectacular. Highly recommend, and we plan on going back!

Our family loves Surf Master 408 because of the size of the condo and huge balcony that allows for long clear view of the north and south stretch of the beach. We have stayed there twice and love it. But due to our advancing age we would suggest that at least one bathroom have a handicap shower, perhaps two beds in the second king bedroom and a recliner in the living area. That would make it PERFECT! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware.

WE enjoyed another great stay at Compass Rose 42. We love the location and views. The condo has two updated bathrooms and the water stayed hot for multiple back to back showers (an improvement over last year). The kitchen is stocked nicely. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of seating in the den and kitchen. We loved the new keyless entry as it was easier than keeping up with the keys. Only issues we had were there were no oven mitts/pot holders. Note the kitchen is dark at night as there are no overhead lights. If you like to cook after the sun goes down the only lights you have are from the bar area. We have already booked for next year.

We love this house. It is spacious and the pool is wonderful. We do wish it had some new appliances. The stove is not in great shape along with the coffee machine. It is a beautiful home and we love staying there.

Came back to Garden City Beach after 15 years. Our home, the view of the marsh, covered dock and pool didn't disappoint. This home is fabulous, owner makes sure all is good and Garden City realty extremely responsive to all questions. Hope we can get this home again when our family decides to return.
