With only a month to go until our arrival, we had an unfortunate situation with the property we rented, the original Property Manager from another firm passed away and the property went into the hands of Garden City Realty. Although the property was now showing rented to another party... a screw up on the original Property Manager, not Garden City Realty. Leslie and Lauren helped us out tremendously, practically going on a mission to find us a unit.

The whole reason for the trip was to have a memorial on the 1-year anniversary of my wife's passing, no other dates would do. My family and I are so thankful for all of your work that is allowing us to proceed as planned. We will be renting Off the Hook from 6/18/22 - 6/25/22.

The Scheduling Process Was Easy, Professional

This is our first time renting through Garden City Realty. We have only used their services to schedule our rental of the Salty Dog for 6/22.
However, the scheduling process was easy and everyone I worked with was very professional and helpful. We are looking forward to our vacation in June.

Beautiful condo that looks exactly like the pictures. Spent a lot of time in those great chairs on the balcony! Location was great - loved the Conch Cafe next door & it was a short drive to Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk, as well as going into Myrtle. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful 12th floor condo. Perfect for four. Great ocean view from balcony. Nicely done renovation with upgraded showers and calming colors. Beautiful kitchen cabinetry and bathroom vanities. Had a great time, well done. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TV's next. Brilliant!

I rented 13 cottages in Wachesaw for my daughter's wedding 5/14/22. My daughter and the bridal party used this cottage. They were able to set up hair & makeup people in the dining room area and still enjoy the kitchen for food and the living room for gathering. My daughter was thrilled she could bring her dog to enjoy in the festivities also. I would highly recommend renting this cottage to anyone!

We really enojoyed our stay at Star Haven for Spring Break. It was nice and clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, we had a little extra room for parking, and the ocean view was great to have. We really enjoyed having easy beach access off of Angler Drive. Highly recommend this unit!

Surfmaster 305 is a gorgeous condo that is in excellent shape. No surprises here other than pleasant ones. Great location with all the amenties.

Perfect location , apartment was updated beautifully.
My only complaint is moving in and out was a struggle. Yes the building has an elevator but.. no caddie to load . The elevator was on the other side . So walking up two flights of stairs was a struggle! I’m in shape but also have MS
