We were so pleased with this property! It is beautifully decorated, in a wonderful location, and by far one of the best places we have stayed. The beds were extremely comfortable, the air conditioner kept the entire condo very comfortable, and the washer and dryer and in the perfect location. We also enjoyed the screened in porch. Just overall the perfect vacation!

Absolutely love the location. The property was nice and quaint. Only thing wrong is the bedding. Mattress was so uncomfortable I ended up on the couch. I would stay here again if it had better mattresses.

This is the second time my family of 15 ( children and grandchildren) have stayed at this property. It is a perfect location and space for our family. We love Surfside and this home. It is clean and very comfortable. There are a few upgrades they could make. For instance better tvs but we were there for the beach and great family time. Also the blinds in 3rd floor bedroom need replaced. There is nothing that wouldn’t keep us from coming back. Great vacation experience.

OMG! What a different experience our family had in this house from last year! I left a not so pleasant review last year about this property and every issue that I pointed out was corrected. We had a representative from the Garden City Realty team show up an hour after we checked in to make sure that we were in and happy with all of the the corrections that the homeowner made. This is now a great house for a small family like mine to call home for a week. There are not many small rentals around this area that are on the beach and this close to the GC pier, so thanks for the TLC that was given to Cloud 9 to keep families wanting to come back for more sand and sun! I will be calling this week to book Cloud 9 again for 2023!

Everything was great. The condo was very nice and stocked well. Clean when we arrived. Good for large group or just a single family. Good location away from the noisy pier

Its what we were looking for our families, Just of couple bad items were the bath tub in the master bedroom would not drain and the ground fault receptacles would always trip in the downstairs bathrooms

Great stay again this year. Wide range of ages (2 months-75 yrs.)love this house. Two issues to report:1) queen mattresses upstairs are awful! Terrible on adult backs! 2) we discovered a roof ? leak our last morning over one end of the dining table. This was after a massive rain the night before.

This house with pool and dock was great for us. We would definitely stay here again. Even though it was across the street from the ocean we enjoyed being able to see the ocean from the deck. The walkway to the beach was conveniently located directly in front of the house. We especially loved the uncrowned beach in this area.

We have stayed in a few of the Gulf Stream Villas. This unit could use some TLC. Kitchen appliances could be upgraded and the kitchen amenities could be placed and upgraded with new. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The living space was also very comfortable. Th top deck appeared to be sagging so I would think that would need attention. The location is fantastic. Easy walk over the dunes to the beach and the pool is great after a day at the beach. Quick ride to the restaurants in Murrell's Inlet, we especially love COSTA. Overall we loved our stay and will return.

It was one of the best experience, the view was awesome and the places around are really nice, everything was clean except the bathtub, it had some black spots, but that was the only thing I would say its bad, after all everything was amazing.

I really wanted to be able to give my daughter special family memories - we have holidays, of course, but an annual beach trip is something special she can appreciate as a child, young adult, and as she continues to grow up and experience life.

We started going to the beach when she was two and every year since. Now she is 16, and although she doesn’t always enjoy hanging out with me/her mom, she loves our time together at the beach. There is nothing that brings families together more!

Thank you for helping us create another life-long memory! We cannot wait to see what our upcoming vacation at Garden City Beach will bring!!
