The property was nice and clean and I loved the location. My family had rented a total of 5 condos here for a 2 week family getaway. Overall, I liked the condo, however, the master bathroom is very tiny and I do think the dishwasher needs to be replaced. Other than that, we had a wonderful time.

Another happy vacation in Sundial 21! Right on the beach with lots of privacy on the balcony- love the addition of tall chairs and a foot rail for better beach viewing, as well as the interior updates. Many thanks to the owners for making this such an inviting and pleasant getaway spot. I’ve been coming here for years, and it never disappoints.

This was our second year staying at Heaven Ken wait we stayed two years ago and then this year. We love this house so much. It is perfect for our family we noticed the new couches upstairs and they are lovely. We did however, notice this year the birds were not quite as comfortable I'm sure they are just getting worn down and the only other issue we had were the chairs around the pool being ripped. Someone did come and take two of the chairs and said he would be back but never came back with any more chairs. Bring a Keurig if you use pod coffee. We love this house! We would schedule to stay next year, however we will need 8 bedrooms for next summer.

Everything was perfect. The unit met all of our needs and was comfortable stay. The Surfmaster Condo complex was clean and had all the amenities needed for a great vacation. Location is very good access to things for everyone to do and very good dinning.

Even more beautiful and spacious than what the pictures conveyed. Super clean and the balcony was a huge bonus plenary of room for all of us with out being cramped, even setting on the couch inside you can take in the beautiful views through the giant windows. We had a wonderful stay and already looking to book another stay!

The building took a lightning hit the first day and the HOA struggled to keep the A/C running. Garden City Reality was very responsive and took care of us the best they could. Most importantly, Garden City Realty was proactive to make sure we were fairly compensated and even paid for a small fan to help out on the few hot nights.

Property was beautiful with comfortable furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen. I would recommend looking at additional lighting in the living room area. Only overhead lighting fixtures in the living room area.
