Our family enjoyed our week at The Gamblers Retreat!! Plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 kids!! Loved the location and easy walk to beach access!! The pool was FANTASTIC- a BIG hit for adults and kids and was the perfect place to watch the beautiful Garden City sunsets! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals- and the ice machine was an added bonus! Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us! We will definitely be back!!

We loved Sea Grass. The check in and out process was wonderful. We really enjoyed the house and the pool. My grand boys had so much fun in the pool. It was closer to the beach than we thought it would be, another plus. We would definitely come back to this house again in the future.

We had a GREAT overall stay!!! The vacation rental was in a perfect location! The home was mostly clean and mostly in good shape. The small refrigerator for drinks was not working when we arrived, one of the shower doors was out of its track, and one shower was not draining properly. But these concerns were responded to quickly and thoroughly by vacation rental staff! The house did not have enough flatware to serve 16 people (the capacity of the house), but we purchased plasticware to fill in the gaps. Vacation rental management staff was extremely helpful and responded quite quickly to all of our concerns!! Thank you to Garden City Realty!

We had a great time and its a wonderful condo. We have been coming to the area for several years now and this is the best condo we found so far. We like the fact the whole condo does not have many units so there are less people and easier to park. Garden City Realty customer service is excellent.

The pool was a big hit again for our four grandchildren as well as the 5 adults. The house was very nice with lots of room and a great view. Fishing and shrimping right at or near the dock was a plus. We have already booked this rental again for next Year.

We enjoyed our stay at Waccamaw Exchange, great location, dog friendly with a dock and boat ramp, close to Sam's Corner and the pier which is the heart of Garden City Beach. Only cons is the A/C only has a thermostat upstairs which makes the downstairs uncomfortable at times. Also the house can acquire a smell from the inlet/marsh at times. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

Easy, contactless check-in/out. Keyless entry & great location! Walking distance to the pier, nice pool & easy access to the beach! The elevator (and luggage carts) are a life saver & parking under the complex is always a plus! Nice end unit condo that is well stocked with anything you need! (Appliances to kitchen & laundry supplies) Large smart TV’s in living area & in both bedrooms. (Even a floor fan in one bedroom...nice surprise.) Only a couple of dislikes. The bed in the master, needs to be replaced bc it makes noise with any movement. The other is the balcony. Being screened in helps with bugs, but the railing is too high & it’s very hard to see the beautiful view. If the beds were replaced we’d definitely want to stay there again. Overall a pleasant visit.
