Three adults stayed here over the Christmas holidays. We had a great time and felt like the house was well suited to our needs. Cleanliness was satisfactory. The beds were comfortable although some of the pillows and bedding could use replacing. All appliances worked well. The furniture in the living room could be updated and the TV could be upgraded to a larger model (spoiled brat alert!). Overall, it was a good stay and we would recommend Seafari Sands and Garden City Realty.

This was our 1st time staying at Waterforde 403. I hope to come back next year. We love this area because of the sunrises and sunsets. This condo made it our home away from home.

We have been to Garden City many times over the years, and we always choose to stay at Waterforde. Even in the summer months, it`s not too crowded and the view from the balcony is one you will remember forever, no matter what unit you choose!

Overall, it wasn't a bad trip, just had a few issues. When we arrived, our check-in time was well after 6 pm which was very frustrating. The beds in the condo are very loud and uncomfortable. There are no rugs anywhere so any sand brought in sticks to your feet unless you sweep the floor daily.

This is the 4th winter I've stayed in this property. The location is excellent and the building is well maintained.
The staff at Garden City Reality is professional,friendly and quick to respond to any concerns.
My only complaint that over the 4 years I've noticed that every year when we return, the furniture at Waterforde 403 is becoming more and more stained from people staying there. A deep clean of the furniture is the only improvement needed.
Can't wait to return again this year.

Protected from the wind so we could easily sit on the porch. Large bedrooms and washer/dryer was convenient. We played games at the it table and also very convenient. Only issue we had was the water pressure in the kitchen sink was so slow it took a while to do dishes/fill coffee pot.
