My vacation was the entire month of March 2023., in the South Tower of Surf Master on the eleventh floor. The view from there tells most of the story. The accommodations in the condo were as described in the brochure, fully stocked and vert comfortable. My rental agent, Mr Bob Biron did an excellent job. He assisted with finance, assured me a comfortable stay. Parking in March was not an issue. The one service issue I had was quickly handled by the highly competent and compassionate staff of Kalli, Stacey & Bob. My one sad experience was the day I had to pack my luggage and say “See you all again next time”.

T he e rental was good. However, the condo needs some upgrades. The front bedroom window facing the ocean needs to be replaced due to high air leakage and loss of gas between insulated glass panels. The door and window unit, facing the ocean, needs to be replaced or gaskets replaced again, high air leakage felt. Entrance door needs new gasket to stop drafts.

This was our second year escaping winter in PA by staying in Garden City in February and March, and the first time at this house.
The home was very clean and in a good location, short walk to the beach entrances. It would have been great to have a heated pool! The fenced yard was wonderful to allow our dog time off leash.
The kitchen lacked a few amenities since we cooked there often. Garden City rental was responsive as usual by bringing us a crock pot and baking sheets. They owners really need some new pans, most did not sit flat on the smooth cooktop.
It was wonderful to have a recliner and great outdoor furniture. We would have loved to rebook for next year but a 63% rental increase made that impossible for us. It would be a great summer rental since it has a very nice pool and the rear deck was an excellent plus. Outdoor maintenance was very good.
Garden City Realty was a pleasure to work with as usual.

Excellent as always. Garden City Realty is very friendly with that “FAMILY ATMOSPHERE—You are not just someone who is renting from them, you are truly treated like family. The house was wonderful. My 2 grandsons absolutely loved the front porch watching the cars go by and 2 great views of the ocean. And the weather was GREAT. They must have custom ordered it just for us.

The house was great! The only negative thing is that was no deck furniture to sit and lounge on. We had to pull over 2 of the outdoor dining chairs to sit in the sun, and those aren’t lounging (or sun deck) chairs. But other than that, it was great, location was perfect - RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!

Great! We absolutely fell in love with this rental. Definitely on our list for the future. This rental had all the necessities plus some. The screened in porch was my favorite, we ate there constantly and with little ones with energy is was such a blessing!
