The house was wonderful!! Amazing Grace had plenty of room and is in great shape. Everything was nice and screened porches were perfect for our young grandkids to toss a beach ball to each other. The furnishings were all nice and comfortable. But please, the owners need to replace the glass table in the living room. It is an accident waiting to happen. We used all of the blankets in the house and bungee cords to cover it up because we had a 4 year old, 2 two year olds and a 1 year old. We would recommend this property highly!! The pool was just the right size and the kids loved it. Pool chairs were in great shape. The fence around the pool was very nice and well maintained and was perfect to keep the kids from the streets. Our family had a fantastic time and a beautiful place to stay. We always rent with Garden City Realty because we always have a good, clean place to stay. Thanks!!

Great location, beautiful decor and would happily stay here again. The only cons are a senior member of our party walked into the sliding glass door in the living room and to keep this from happening again a piece of Saran Wrap was placed on the door to remind all of us there was a door there. Some type of decal might help to keep someone from being hurt. The biggest drawback was there were only eight dinner plates for us to use and by the end of breakfast all plates were dirty and dishes had to be washed. By the end of dinner all plates were dirty and dishes had to be washed again. Other than that it's a great place to stay and my family and I would love to stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay at Water's Edge. The condo was great and had a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool. The condo had plenty of sitting space and had updated sinks in the bathroom and kitchen countertops. We had a loose bathroom faucet that we called maintenance to come and fix and they were out in no time to do the repair. We would recommend renting this condo again! The pools were clean as well as the sitting area and parking structure.

We enjoyed our stay at Surfmaster 803. Features we really enjoyed: no carpet, the wall colors, and lovely decor of the rooms. Things that need some work: Part of the balcony furniture was damaged, therefore unusable for our stay. The throw rugs in bedrooms were worn and appeared dirty. It was difficult to find regular channels with the tv remote, but we finally located the football game on a rainy day! We enjoyed the easy check in and check out.

This house has everything you could want ! Beautiful big pool ! Beautiful house . Well stocked kitchen , Lots of parking spaces , clean, nice bathrooms. A nice view of the ocean . We had a great vacation there. I would recommend this rental. Thank you Garden City Realty.
