The house was open & beautiful with bathrooms attached to all four bedrooms! The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need and the linens included was a major plus! Located right across from the beach!!

We absolutely LOVE Sandy Beach and plan to rent it whenever we go to Surfside. It is very homey and the perfect distance from everything. I do have to say the place was not cleaned very well this time which was disappointing and kind of gross but as for the rental itself; we love it and plan to stay there again in the future.

The house was a great place to stay for our family. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of space for all. The house is in a great location and short walk to the beach, pier, and Garden City attractions. The house is right across from the community pool so that was convenient as well. The house has everything you need for a beach stay-beach chairs, umbrella, toys, bicycles, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils. The beds we’re comfortable as well. Overall it was a great place to stay and we will definitely stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised. I read reviews about the elevators being out of commission. We never had to wait more than a minute or two for an elevator. The hot water in the condo could have been warmer but overall everything was better than I expected.

Our stay at the condo was excellent. It had plenty of room and has a gorgeous view of the whole beach. It’s easy to get in and out down to the water and it is not a crowded place. The only downside was when we booked the condo we were looking for a place with a pool. Two weeks before we went on our trip they put a note on the website that the pool was closed for maintenance. When we got there, we called to find out what was going on and no one in the rental office or the Hué could tell us why the pool was closed. It wasn’t until late in the week. The pool guy told us it was closed because of the hurricane, the prior fall, but that everything was perfectly fine with the pool. They were just waiting on an inspection from the state. it was disappointing that that knowledge was known prior to us booking the place and was not disclosed until two weeks before our trip. I was also frustrated that no one in the rental office or the Hué could explain why the pool was closed. This did impact our trip significantly since we had little kids who love the pool more than the beach.
