Overall it was a great Vacation. The only downside had nothing anyone could control and that was the weather.
The Duplex was clean and updated with plenty of room. The 2 downstairs bedrooms needed closets but we made do.

Fantastic location, quiet area away from the busy pier and relaxing Atmosphere. The only thing we would change is the slippery pool deck, broken deck fencing and unsafe grey lounge chair area. Screws were popping up from the boards and they were unsafe for any adult or child to walk on. We were not able to utilize the space due to these concerns.

we enjoyed this home for our vacation. The house was clean the beds were very comfortable. We wished there were more chairs on the first level porch but otherwise this was a perfect vacation home.

It was an incredible week with 11 of us under the same roof at the most awesome beach house and location. We thoroughly enjoyed both the ocean and the pool. The house was full of games and books. The porch was the perfect place for ocean breeze. The fourth of July celebration at Surfside Beach was festive. I worked with Pam from Reality and was extremely helpful getting us the right accommodations to fit our needs. We enjoyed seafood at Drunken Jacks and a BBQ at Curios Pig and a deck side meal at Bubbas along with Dagwoods. Did some grilling and other homecooked meals. Took advantage of Piggly Wiggly and WalMart for groceries. Family loved the Banana Boat ride. We visited a few local attractions and enjoyed some retail therapy. We did a day trip to Charleston to get a little history lesson. It was over the top best vacation week thanks to Garden City Reality. I already recommended it to interested friends.

The unit was very clean and made for a lovely stay. We did want to let the unit owner know that my husband (who is in building maintenance) noticed that the frame for the floor to ceiling window just to the right of the sliding glass door seemed loose so they might want to check that.

Overall, the unit was very nice. The furniture on the balcony is the best we have ever had since staying at Surfmaster. Suggestions would be better lighting, ceiling fan in bedroom to circulate air, and simplify use of tv in living area. Needs to have local channel access in living area not just the bedroom.
