It was a very nice week - family reunion. four units at Floral villa, two elsewhere. 36 attended from FL, GA, Pa, OH, NC. the two decks were very nice.ONE COMMENT - ORIGINALLY PROPERTY WAS FOR 10. CHANGES DROPPED IT TO 7 + COT. THERE SHOULD BE MORE CHAIRS THAN THE FOUR WITH TABLE, AT LEAST 6 PLUS BAR STOOLS.

Sanderling is a traditional beach house - perfect for those who remember the "good ole days" of summer vacations. It is comfortable and in a perfect location in Garden City. Two porches, one with inlet view and one with ocean view. Check in and never leave -

This house is amazing for large groups that want to spread out and each have their own "suite". The house does need some updating, but as I understand it, its under new ownership, so I'm sure thats coming. Would not hesitate staying here again.

We love the location and the condo is good. We had trouble with blinds falling and missing necessities in the kitchen. A few updates would make it even better!

We stayed at 1102 One Ocean Place. The condo was exceptionally clean and beautiful. It is kept up to date and everything works well. It is obvious the owners take pride in this condo. Lots of time was spent sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean and birds, and looking for dolphins passing through in the mornings. Many wonderful family memories have been made through the years at 1102 One Ocean Place.

This was our second time staying at the Metzler Beach House. Great place to stay due to location, and amenities (well stock kitchen for the chef' in the family). We look forward to our stay again in the coming years.

The house was clean and appeared to be newly renovated. We had 8 people and there was plenty of room except when we were all trying to be in the kitchen at the same time. The dock and pool were well maintained also.

This house offers it all. pool, hot tub, dock on tidal creek for fishing and boating. Spectacular sunsets, Only a couple of blocks to the beach, pier, restaurants, amusements, etc.
