This beautiful condo was just perfect for our family! The ease of this first floor property is great, we never had to get on an elevator and the keyless entry was definitely a plus with seven of us. The only complaint was that it could have been cleaner. The weather was terrible, but we made the best of it and thoroughly enjoyed the amazing view of the ocean even during the storms!

The house was as advertised. We were visited by Hurricane Debbie so spent a lot of time indoors. The house was very spacious allowing everyone to get some much needed alone time. The loft area added another entertainment space(tv/reading/gaming). Location was as we expected with public beach access across the street (two houses down). The only downfall was the deck and pool furniture, both were below average. The pool had no lounge chairs, what was there wasn’t as nice as other places we’ve stayed. We would stay here again!!

I have never stayed with Garden City but was pleasantly surprised, the condo was clean and comfortable and actually located in a good area, enjoyed the stay very much

This house was just what we expected for our vacation. We loved the pool and hot tub especially with tropical storm Debby raining on and off our whole week. It was nice to have a nice place to come back to and relax.

Just a few items to note: the drywall is in worse condition than in previous years, and looks to need attention. Also, the filter in the refrigerator needs replaced. I love the addition of keyless entry, it has certainly added convenience over the last few stays.
