We truly enjoyed to 'corner' rental of Sea Master 315! It really made us feel we were the only ones in the condo. Great view, great deck. One specialty was they had plenty of plates, glasses, cups and silverware!!! There were a couple housekeeping things that had to be fixed...but it was taken care of. We enjoyed our time.

1906 So Waccamaw has driven my family to start a new tradition - spending the Christmas holidays down in Myrtle Beach. This year, 2024, will be our fifth year celebrating the Christmas holidays in 1906 So Waccamaw. The house is beautiful inside and out and has a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Each room has a deck, which offer great views of the beach. The upgrades were a pleasant find also.

We have stayed at this property twice, because we love the location and the house is comfortable. However, due to recent flooding, we experienced issues with the hot water heater. The Garden City Realty staff, including their Maintenance folks, were on it immediately and corrected the problem as soon as possible. They kept in touch with me until the water heater was repaired.

We had 5 families and loved the house, amenities, and the views! Great kitchen and dining setup - fully equipped and everything in good condition. Comfortable bedrooms with blinds. Loved the two docks and the spacious yard. Didn’t use pool bc of weather. Great place for our extended families to share.

Wanted to thank Jackie for her great help from the first booking to the checking in, she was a pleasure to deal with. The condo itself was very welcoming and the problems with the blinds were taken care of immediately. I did find the bathrooms a bit dated but certainly not disgusting. I do recommend new frying pans tho, the two that are there are very warped and well used! More than enough towels were provided which we appreciated. Most of all, the ocean view, rising sun and the walking beach were far above any place in Florida we have stayed. Wonderful place to vacation for a month.

Surfmaster 803 was our favorite condo we have stayed in in Garden City!! (We have rented at least 5 or 6). It was immaculate on arrival. Seating in living room is fantastic for the whole family. TV was great and had one control! Kitchen well stocked, beds were comfortable and bathrooms all very nice. Garden City Realty made the entire rental process seamless and less added fees than VRBO!!

Beautiful and well kept condo. We enjoyed two “recliners” just like home!!! A very quiet area and the condo was so comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed the electric fireplace in the living area and the fully stocked kitchen. The large walk in shower was simply wonderful!!!

Lollipop’s Beach House was exactly what we were looking for and the area is an absolute hidden gem! Two couples enjoyed the dual master suites with King beds and private baths while this Lolly had the toddler grands in the two spare rooms sharing the hall bath. Ample parking with plenty of covered space underneath for playing outside on rainy days, an essentially private beach a short walk from the front porch, a private neighborhood perfect for renting a golf cart (Grahams Golf Cars!) made for the perfect family gathering. Local to all our favorites like Dagwoods, Ultimate California Pizza, SpringHouse Family Restaurant, Gulfstream, and Angelos, we enjoyed family meals and the kids enjoyed date nights. We may soon outgrow this property, but I definitely recommend it! Clean, all linens provided except beach towels, plenty of seating with two tables and 2 sitting areas, high chair included. Large sized bedrooms, heated outdoor shower... five star all the way.
