This is our third year in a row booking through Garden City Realty and our second year in a row at Inlet Pointe. The condos are in a perfect location with the inlet in the back and the ocean across the street. Last year we stayed in a different unit within the condos, and it was much nicer. Unit 30 was clean and neat, but is in major need of updates. While everything was in working order, the stove was quite old and the microwave had to be at least 30 years old. The living room furniture was very old and extremely uncomfortable. Compared to the unit we were in last year, we don’t feel they should have been priced the same considering the differences. Overall, we would absolutely continue to work with Garden City Realty and would return to Inlet Pointe, but would look for a different unit in the future.

Great property. Management company was extremely responsive and helpful with all questions. Do think there should be window blinds in the bathrooms and a vacuum. Admittedly a pretty great place if these are my only two “complaints.”

We loved Myrtle Beach. We loved Surf Master Penthouse D. The rooms were big and well furnished. The view is incredible. There was plenty to do, with great food and shopping.

We were so comfortable in our Villa. It was clean and smooth spacious, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed golf, mini golf, and time at the pool. We loved the location of the property, we could get anywhere we wanted to go in 20 minutes or less. We had the best time!

First of all, we really liked the unit. We have booked it for 3 months next winter. Found it very clean. We had a few minor problems, but maintenance staff were right there and problem solved. The owner should consider replacing the sofa and 2 recliner chairs, as they are worn out. They are very uncomfortable to sit on. We added cushions in order to sit on them comfortably. The toilet in the main bathroom is cracked and doesn't flush well.
The shower in the ensuite needs repairing. Again we really like the unit. Our agent, Bob Biron really helped us alot. We thank him. See you next Jan.

We loved the condo and his location. The only issue was No elevator. The only time it causes a problem was carry suitcases up and down stairs and Groceries.

We are returning renters at Cloud 9 because it has everything we need: perfect location, convenient layout, appliances in good repair (including a new dishwasher!), a comfortable master bed, decent storage/closets. We don't need fancy, just comfortable. We had an issue with a bedroom overhead light/fan and Garden City Realty couldn't have been more helpful!

This is our first 3 months of winter at this home. We are Canadians but not a fan of winter anymore. This was a beautiful home with a great location just off the beach. It has been well maintained and looked after which isn’t always the case when renting. Cleanliness is #1 for us and this home was outstanding. Couldn’t have asked for more and have booked it again for next year. Our first time working with Garden City Realty and Robin was amazing. Nice to deal with pleasant, helpful staff when we live far away. We had a couple issues with batteries in smoke alarms but they were very prompt to come and replace them all. We loved that this home had an electronic keyless entry so never had to worry about losing keys. We cannot say one bad thing about our experience and look forward to next year.

A very comfortable unit. A well stocked kitchen with plenty of storage. It would be nice to have darkening drapes/curtains in the main room as well as a bigger chair for bigger men.
