We rent a beach house every summer. This rental has been by far our favorite!!! We loved the location to the beach, pier, restaurants, and also the park that had so many activities to participate in. The rental itself was very clean and cozy! There was enough seating for everyone at the table and living room. The pool and outdoor space was also a great place to hangout after a long day at the beach or a day in. You won’t regret renting this property!

Very easy check-in/check-out process. Nice unit and great location. We have been staying at this location for 17 years and the overall property is well maintained. As far as the unit itself, two items the owners should consider: The noise level of the air conditioner. (It's new but very noisy). Secondly, have a mattress topper available for the king bed. Very hard mattress. Overall, the unit is very nice and well maintained.

We rented off garden city reality One Ocean Place-409. Room was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. Condo was beautiful. Recently renovated. Kitchen was great. Master bed n bath was beautiful. Loved the balcony. Was ready on time. Will def stay again

This was a last-minute booking and we weren’t expecting to love it as much as we did. This place is right on the beach and the pool is in the perfect location. There are not many units so the pool won’t get too crowded like other spots. We will be visiting again, even talked about booking other units with family at the same time! Great spot!!

Love the location and the fact that there are limited number of condos. The unit itself was suitable for our family needs. I realize that some guess would not respect the unit but a few improvements would be nice: new faucet's, shower door sticks and the washer is rusting.

We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Clean, pleasant, functional with adequate kitchen gear. Great view of beach and passage of storms to the west. Convenient on 1st floor, fewersteps to reach the beach. Elevator and laundry near our unit. Keypad entry was wonderful. Nice place for our family.

My second time at Surf Master, and it was wonderful. The views are spectacular, the beach is wonderful, and the local restaurants are amazing. Would recommend this vacation spot to any beach lovers. You will not be disappointed.
