We had a fantastic stay at the condo. It was clean, and everything was in good working order. Having stayed in multiple condos at OOP since 1995, we can say that 602 did not disappoint.

Our only issue was needing to carry our phone around to use the app for unlocking gates, as the code provided to us did not work. However, the enhanced security measures ensuring that only owners and renters are on the property were a welcome change. In the past, returning from dinner to find no available parking spots was a common issue. The additional security has eliminated this problem, making our stay even more relaxing.

We have stayed at Horizon East 203 in the past and returned because of the cleanliness and proximity. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean and comfortable. AC worked great and all electronics worked. Our only issue was the master bedroom mattress was much too soft, guess this is a personal preference, but it felt like sleeping in a marshmallow. While a personal preference, this mattress issue would cause us to rent elsewhere in the future.

We loved our stay at the SeaMint house. Super clean and has everything you need in the kitchen. Comfortable rooms and living room. The beach was right across the street but there are also many other beach accesses we walked to with all the kids. Loved that we were able to wash everything down with the hose under the house after a long day at the beach. We loved that there was also a pool for the kids to play in while taking a break from the beach. The pier, arcade and ice cream shops were a hit. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again :)

THIS IS THE THIRD YEAR IN A ROW AT DREAMSCAPER. ALSO STAYED HERE APPROXIMATELY 15 YEARS AGO. HOUSE IS VERY CLEAN BUT IT IS GETTING VERY TIRED, EXPECIALLY THE LIVING ROOM FURNITURE AND BEDS. SAME FURNITURE (LIVING ROOM) FROM 15 YRS AGO AND IS BREAKING DOWN AND NOT COMFORTABLE. WE LOVE THE HOUSE, LOCATION AND GARDEN CITY REALTY - MAY NEED TO LOOK AT A DIFFERENT PROPERTY UNLESS UPDATES ARE FORTHCOMING. WE TOOK OUR YARD BLOWER THIS YEAR TO KEEP THE POOL AREA CLEAN; LOSING BATTLE DUE TO TREE ON ADJACENT PROPERTY. POOL SERVICE WAS GREAT BUT THERE WAS NO SKIMMER NET TO KEEP THE POOL CLEAN- A LITTLE FRUSTRATED WITH THAT. GREAT KITCHEN WITH EVERTHING AND MORE! KAREN AND VALERIE (I THINK ARE THEIR NAMES) HAVE THE HOUSE VERY CLEAN. HAVE ALWAYS LOVED THIS HOUSE BUT IT IS GETTING A LITTLE TIRED.

We recently stayed at Moonlighting(July 2024). It accommodated our large group wonderfully. Everyone loved the house and remarked on how clean it was upon arrival. We loved the location--in a private neighborhood with uncrowded beaches, but yet everything is very close by. The beaches were wide and smooth. The view from the house is great. We really enjoyed the pool which is a good size and landscaped well to offer more privacy. We would definitely stay in this house again. We did not really need the management team for anything other than a couple batteries, but they were very responsive. Jackie from Garden City realty is wonderful! Thank you for a great vacation

This was a great location and the condo was nice. We enjoyed the beach and the pool deck. The parking garage was a little tight and spaces filled up quickly. But it was still a great spot to vacation!
