Our family enjoys staying at the Miller Villa. It meets our
Needs and is well equipped. Every year the owners update to keep us coming back. We loved the new shower ,it is a very nice addition. I’d love a new high seat toilet , I’m a bit spoiled with those at home. ��
We did notice the meat keeper shelf in upstairs fridge kept falling down, but we could put it back in for use. We really enjoyed the new swing downstairs , our great grandson (1month old) slept to the gentle rocking. Thank you for that addition, also.
Our air conditioner went out on Sunday evening and had to wait for repair until around noon on Monday, but it was quickly repaired at that time. Alongside a clogged sink , repaired quickly on Monday morning. Pleased with maintenance staff and A/C repairman , very personable and knowledgeable .

When we arrived the air was not working! We called and they came and fixed it quickly! Then we couldn’t turn off our shower! The Plummer came and fixed it quickly! They had to replace the washer and dryer which took a little bit of time. But glad to have a working washer! The spare bedroom TV was broken . Loved location, the patio,the condo was fairly clean.

Overall a very good vacation week. Good beds were a plus. Ice machine a BIG plus. Could have done without the roaches. Obvious an exterminator had been there because they were dead/dying. Just a little unsettling to wake up each morning to several dead on the floors that I had to sweep up.

The unit was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 5. Everything was provided for our stay except for the ocean side door key but that was rectified on Monday with the addition of a keyless lock.

We have been going to the Beach House in Garden City for many of years now. We stay for 2 weeks. This place is always clean, grounds are kept up. Plenty of things to do in the area. Great beach area.Garden City realty is very friendly all Around. We will keep coming back to this beach and not to forget it is family friendly.

2024 was our third year in a row staying at this condo!!

Each year the owner's have remodeled a different area which has helped bring the condo more up-to-date.

Our main complaint is in reference to parking. When staying for a week there are times when another car is needed and allowed to be parked in the condo building's lot, not a mile away. Please, Garden City Realty, take this into condsideration.

The inside of the condo was clean & orderly, as always. One suggestion we have is to consider updating the sleeper-sofa. It is getting rather uncomfortable from regular wear & tear. The side bars are also becoming more prominent under the armrests on both sides. While no one in our party uses it for sleep, if it sits uncomfortably, then it sleeps just as bad. I also suggested this in the owner's guest book.

Once again, we have reservered the condo for 2025!!

We had an amazing week during our stay here. The home was clean and just what we needed for 2 families sharing the home. I love the floor plan with 1 master on the main floor and 2 other king masters on the 2nd floor and then 2 bedrooms that are set up in a Jack n Jill style with a shared bathroom in between...this worked for our 2 teenage boys. All rooms are spacious. We loved the closeness to restaurants one block away and the beach just a few steps from the front door. We rented bikes for the week and enjoyed morning bike rides. We did have an issue with downstairs tub being clogged and not draining well. Management sent someone out right away and it was fixed! And the gentleman who came to fix it was extremely kind and helpful. We will return! Thank you!

The rental was clean and as described. We loved the location. The back deck looks over the inlet. We spent a lot of time in the comfortable deck chairs watching the egrets and beautiful sunsets. It's an easy walk to the beach and to the pier. We will definitely stay here again.
