We bought our beach house from Cal 7 years ago. Before that Lee Owner/BIC Lee Hewitt and his staff assisted us in securing long term summer rentals for us until we found the perfect home after many years of searching for the perfect 2nd home. The home we bought came on the market and they immediately notified us. We were the first customer to view it and they assisted us in securing this beautiful, move in condition home. We literally just had to move our clothes and personal items in and it was so convenient. They knew EXACTLY what we were looking for in a home and quickly got us in and a contract secured. Subsequently, on the resale of the home after many years of enjoyment and deciding to relocate, they immediately got us 2 viable offers in the first two days of listing.
