When looking for a realtor, we wanted one with local experience and excellent reviews. We found that in Drew Dellinger. Reading reviews of past customers we realized he was the one for us. Drew has many years of real estate sales with most of those here in the area. We wanted someone who listened to what we wanted because we were trusting him to sell our most valuable asset. We asked him to come for a meet and greet. After touring the house, we sat down at the table and Drew gave us a listing price, which was higher than we expected, and local comps.
