Norm Clay was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was referred to us by a friend and from start to finish he was there advocating for the best outcome. The single family home we sold was a rental property. The day our renters left Norm met us at the property, we discussed market trends, the current condition of the property, value of the home, what upgrades would benefit us in a sale and the realistic return on investment.
