Exceptional agent

Considering today's real estate market, we found our agents at Garden City Realty to be exceptional from the original listing to closing. We would use Garden City Realty again and recommend them. [Denise Coleman]

Pleasant experience

Working with Denise on the purchase of my beach house was very pleasant. We are enjoying the summer; the house and of course the beach. Thanks for everything, all the hard work, etc.

If you want the best agent

Bobby Streett was the most welcoming southern we have met to date! Moving from Massachusetts in a pandemic and with a housing market that is crazy was not easy, but then we met Bobby. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the RE market; in addition, he gave us great referrals to help us move. In the end we ended up building a home on Pawley’s and Bobby was by our side the entire time. If you want the best agent then contact Bobby! Thanks Bobby!

For 7 years Garden City Realty rented our home then sold it for us. Garden City Realty was always reliable and quick to help us at all times. The folks at the front desk as well as the sales department are the best!

Couldn't have made it without Denise!!

Thanks to Denise Coleman for everything she did for our family throughout the process. She truly did go above and beyond anything I could have expected. Without her, I'm sure our family of four would still be in our cozy little two-bedroom house with the coy fish pond- trying desperately to make it somehow work for us.
