Tim and Alex came out in the rain to repair the fire stick on the TV, and Buddy kept in touch with us to let us know what was going on with the repair. Y’all have a great maintenance team. You should be thankful to have gentlemen who care about the renters as much as they do.

We had a significant issue with our built in grill on Father's Day which to be honest I thought would surely side track our cooking plans for the whole week. But no ... Josh showed up and quickly assessed the situation and replaced the grill inside of 2 hours. Fantastic guy, great customer service!

The automatic sprinkler system in our rental would not shut off! Buddy came out and resolved the problem but he also spent some time talking bonus and showing us what to do if the problem repeated. Could not have asked for a more helpful person who was sensitive to the needs of both property owner and guests.
