Love this condo 202 Boston Common. The staff is awesome and very polite, prompt, offering services that are beyond and above those described on the rental site! Adam with maintenance was efficient and friendly yet professional, a comforting feeling for sure. Our contact with your realtor yesterday was very nice, took our comments and questions attentively and responsive. We received our missing linens yesterday, just a few hours after our call! Tim and Alex came out in the rain to repair the fire stick on the TV, and Buddy kept in touch with us to let us know what was going on with the repair. Y’all have a great maintenance team. You should be thankful to have gentlemen who care about the renters as much as they do.

We called Garden City Realty about a maint. concern and Adam arrived within 15 minutes and took care of thermostat issue immediately. He contacted plumber regarding no cold water for washing machine and said plumber should be here first thing in the morning. Adam was friendly & efficient! Thanks!
