Boat Rentals & Tours

A beach day is a great day, but why not get out into the waves as well? The Grand Strand’s 60 miles of coast leaves room for aquatic fun, and if you’re looking to splash in the waves, consider riding in style! With plenty of places for family and budget-friendly boat rentals, nothing can stop you from enjoying the beautiful Myrtle Beach waters this summer.

If you already have a boat, you know the kind of fun and relaxation that can happen when you’re on the water. As you sail in the wind and feel the salt water splashing up, you’re bound to feel more relaxed—it’s scientifically proven! Plus, boating is also a great way to bring the family together for an entire day or evening away from the stresses of everyday life. It can also be a great teaching moment, especially off of our spot on the Atlantic! Myrtle Beach waters are known for their wildlife experiences—dolphins, sea birds, and maybe even loggerhead turtles! As you cruise around, you may be surprised at that coastal ecosystem all around you. If this sounds exciting, there are plenty of opportunities for boat rentals and tours in the Grand Strand area!

Island Adventure Watersports offers pontoon boat rental packages for the day or just for the half day. They recommend that you bring sunscreen, hats, cameras (for all the cool memories you’ll make), and plenty of water! If you’re looking to get adventurous, they offer a Jet Ski Backcountry Adventure. This guided tour brings you through the Intercoastal Waterway where you can expect to see wildlife, old boat wrecks, and historically beautiful landscapes. It’s customizable depending on your experience and adventure seeking! They also offer paddleboarding or kayaking for those looking to get some exercise.

If you’re more drawn to sea life, Blue Wave Adventures offers a safe, family-oriented dolphin tour! This hour and a half boating experience offers 360-degree viewing and educational commentary about the local dolphin population. And who knows what else you might see along beautiful Murrells Inlet?

Lastly, if sporting is what calls your name, consider a day of deep-sea fishing with the Hurricane Fishing Fleet! Their options include an 11 and a half-hour trip through the gulf stream or a four and a half-hour trip along the Carolina Coast. They promise huge fish and a good time—no experience necessary!

With all of these options, we hope to see you out on the water and enjoying a fun summer in Myrtle Beach!
