Known for its variety of entertainment in a very intimate setting, WONDERS THEATRE has long been a local favorite. In fact, Charles was recently voted Best Magician in the 2026 Sun Times' Readers' Choice Awards. Which is no surprise given his background! Charles has been featured on Disney Cruise Lines, at The Magic Castle in Hollywood, Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, and on Penn & Teller Fool Us.
Not only does he perform at the theatre, but other performers do too. Beyond Charles’ signature magic and illusion productions, the venue also hosts a diverse lineup of entertainment, including comedy and hypnosis shows, live concerts, comedian performances, and special guest appearances throughout the year that you can't see anywhere else.

When asked what brings visitors back time and time again, Charles says it's the variety of shows they offer from year to year. Not only does he perform at the theatre, but other performers do too. "i'M A HUGE FAN OF HALLOWEEN"
As a Halloween fan, Charles developed a special Halloween show called WICKED WONDERS HALLOWEEN MAGIC SHOW, which runs exclusively during October. It features a darker, spookier twist on his signature magic and illusion performances. Get prepared for ghostly encounters, twisted surprises, death-defying magic, and the infamous “Blackout,” when the entire theatre is plunged into complete darkness. He says it's spooky, funny, and unpredictable, and it has become a Myrtle Beach tradition. Parents are advised to use discretion when considering the show for children under 13.
BRINGING CHRISTMAS SPIRIT
Running from November X through January X, THE WONDERS OF CHRISTMAS, remains one of Myrtle Beach's favorite Christmas shows. Charles doesn’t just create magic — he makes it snow right inside the theater! And the holiday wonder doesn’t stop there. He also makes a spectacular appearance alongside everyone’s favorite red-suited superstar, Santa Claus! Between the illusions, dancers, beautiful costumes, music, and lighting, Charles' Christmas show really is a wonder-filled experience.
