A New Year at Garden City Realty!

As 2011 comes to a close, we here at the Garden City Realty family would like to thank you for yet another wonderful year here in Garden City Beach, South Carolina!

2012 promises to be a great one. We’re moving in some fantastic new directions and are looking forward to putting some new technology into play that will only enhance the experience you have with us here at Garden City Realty.

We’re going to have plenty of promotional items and giveaways, a more interactive Calendar of Events and Facebook presence, plus a variety of local videos that will show you all the fun the beach has to offer! We are also going to be implementing new Pet Friendly Rental policies, our FREE Eurosticker giveaway and delving into exciting new on-site interactive ventures for our guests that will enhance their stay.
