Todd became part of the Garden City Realty team in January 2026, joining our Owner Services department and supporting our homeowners with care and attention. He chose Garden City Realty because he values the strong sense of community and family-oriented culture, which perfectly aligns with the next chapter of his life here on the coast.

Originally from Oklahoma, Todd recently traded the plains for the coast, arriving in Myrtle Beach in December 2025. He is a retired Army Veteran with an additional 13 years of experience working for the government. He is excited to bring that same level of dedication and integrity to his new role in the Owner Services department. Todd has been happily married to his wife, Alexandra, for 34 years, and they are the proud parents of two grown daughters, Tiffany and Victoria. He is the pack leader to his three dogs: a 12-year-old Yorkie named Roxy, and two German Shepherds: 10-year-old Niko and eight-year-old Gunner.

In his free time, Todd loves traveling abroad and exploring new cultures. Since moving to the Grand Strand, he has also developed a newfound love for the golf cart experience and says there’s truly no better way to get around and soak in the local scenery.
