Sylvi joined the Guest Services department at Garden City Realty in May 2025. She believes that Garden City Realty creates a welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. From her very first interaction, Sylvi felt this was where she was meant to be. She feels she has discovered a wonderful community of people who are dedicated to their teams and the communities we serve, all while upholding strong moral values.

Originally from New Jersey, Sylvi has lived in Myrtle Beach for 12 years, having moved to be closer to her parents. She has three children aged 12, nine, and five.

In her spare time, Sylvi enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and spending time at the beach. She also loves crafting, which includes crocheting, creating shadow boxes, and hand-painting wine glasses and flower pots.
