Stephanie Brown joined the Guest Services team as a Vacation Planner in May 2026. She was drawn to Garden City Realty because of the strong sense of teamwork and her natural love of helping people.

Born and raised in New York, Stephanie holds a master’s degree in psychology and brings more than 14 years of experience working in human services. She is passionate about improving the lives of others, learning new things, and continually challenging herself both personally and professionally. She moved to Myrtle Beach in January 2026 to enjoy coastal life and escape blizzards. 

Stephanie has five cats named Jasper, Chip, Chloe, Pandora, and Sonic. In her spare time, she likes to read, write, crochet, play video games, and of course, go to the beach!
