Kim assumed the role of Advertising Coordinator for the sales department at Garden City Realty in 2009. Her exemplary performance led to a promotion in 2012 to Advertising and Marketing Manager, where she consolidated the marketing operations of the rental and sales departments. Presently, she is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the company.

With close to three decades of expertise in marketing, graphic design, communications, public relations, and advertising, Kim possesses an impressive track record as an award-winning designer. Originally hailing from Frostburg, Maryland, she graduated from Frostburg State University with a major in Graphic Design and obtained a B.F.A. in Art and Design. Additionally, she holds accreditation from the Digital Marketing Institute as a Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) and has secured professional certifications from the Hootsuite Academy in the Hootsuite Platform, Social Media Marketing, and Advanced Social Advertising.
