Since joining Garden City Realty in October 2025, Kayla has been a great addition to our Owner Services department, helping provide the responsive support our homeowners count on. She finds the dedication and connection within the Garden City Realty team motivating.

Kayla was born in Florence, South Carolina, and graduated from the University of Carolina in 2023. She received her Master's degree from the University of South Carolina Aiken in 2024. She has visited Garden City with her family since childhood and now lives in Murrells Inlet.

Kayla has a two-year-old Miniature Schnauzer dog named Phoebe. One of her favorite activities is taking Phoebe to the park. She also loves spending time with her family and friends and likes binge-watching her favorite shows.

I will never be able to express how much Kayla Winnie helped us out. Every question or concern I had, she had an answer. Her onboarding knowledge brought our concerns and stress level down to almost zero. I honestly believe she went out of her way to make our experience better and exceed all our expectations. I trust Kayla and am looking forward to her taking care of us as if we were family!
