Kathy rejoined Garden City Realty’s Housekeeping Department in October 2025, bringing valuable experience from her previous time with the company in 2015. She shared that both then and now, she has found the team to be incredibly welcoming - reflecting the consistent, positive culture that defines Garden City Realty.

Kathy is originally from Williamson, West Virginia, and has lived in the Myrtle Beach area for 30 years. Her hobbies include spending time with her mini Shih Tzu, Maggie, and watching football - she is a Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
