John joined Garden City Realty in August 2025 and serves in the Maintenance Department, helping ensure our properties are well-cared for and guest-ready. He chose Garden City Realty because of the team atmosphere and how much care and quality they put into their work, as well as an excellent referral from an existing employee. 

John was born in Illinois. He had visited Myrtle Beach his entire life, and he moved here in 2025 to be closer to his parents. He has two dogs named Max and Sadie, and two cats named Dori and Nora. His biggest hobby is golf, which he has been playing since childhood. 

One of John’s most interesting accomplishments includes singing in the White House.
