John joined our Maintenance Team in the summer of 2021 and plays an important role in keeping our homes guest-ready and running smoothly. He has a background in home and building maintenance and repair. John holds a Certified Pool Operator certification within the jurisdiction of South Carolina, and in the spring of 2026, he was promoted to Pool & Lawn Supervisor.

Born and raised in Maryland, John is an alumnus of Anne Arundel Community College, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with an AA in Liberal Arts. He later received Basic and Advanced Certificates in Accounting from the College of Southern Maryland. While there, he was president of the Japanese Language Club.

After years of vacationing along the Grand Strand, John moved permanently to Myrtle Beach. He enjoys working on and riding his motorcycle and gardening in his free time - especially growing his vegetables.

This review is for your employee John Perkoski. We had a problem with the elevator where we were staying and had to move to another house. He came and moved luggage and groceries for nine people and was very friendly, courteous and professional. We appreciate his hard work.
