Devin Stahlnecker joined the Marketing department at Garden City Realty in July 2026. He chose Garden City Realty for the family-like culture and its transparent desire to serve others.

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University in 2020, followed by a Master’s degree in Business Intelligence from Full Sail University in 2021. He is excited to provide value through his experience, knowledge, skill sets, and commitment to growth each day.

Devin was born in north-central Pennsylvania and relocated to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, in 2024. He and his wife thoroughly enjoy the coastal environment and all that the area has to offer, along with their two dogs, Piper and Shae; their cat, Taz; their bearded dragon, Plato; and their two snakes, Hercules and Pegasus. In his spare time, he pursues his passions, including coaching sports, martial arts, practicing health & wellness, and wildlife conservation. He enjoys music, hunting, fishing, and spending time with friends and family in the great outdoors. He also likes to cheer on his favorite NFL team, the Pittsburgh Steelers: “Go Steelers!”
