Chasity joined Garden City Realty in the Accounting department in August 2025.  Chasity stated that Garden City Realty offered her a welcoming culture and an incredible leadership team from the very first interview. She is excited for the opportunity to continue learning about the real estate and vacation rental industry.

Chasity first lived in Myrtle Beach from 2010 to 2019 before moving to Georgia. In August 2025, she and her husband relocated back to the area to be closer to their kids, granddaughter, and family. They have four children in their late twenties and three dogs named Daisy, Bella (both Boxers), and Jake (a mix). In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, cruising, reading, and above all, spending quality time with my family. She also loves helping others. 

In recent years, Chasity completed her bachelor’s degree in accounting and went on to obtain her MBA. In 2026, she plans to begin pursuing her Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.
