BJ joined Garden City Realty Operations department in the fall of 2022. He holds a Certified Pool Operator certification within the jurisdiction of South Carolina.

BJ was born and raised in Myrtle Beach. He is married with three children, three dogs, and two cats. He enjoys spending time with his family, which includes participating in his children's youth sports activities. He enjoys basketball, football, and soccer and is a big Tar Heels fan.
