Alicia joined the Guest Services team in 2018 as a Vacation Planner and was promoted to Communications and Marketing Supervisor in 2023. In 2025, she was promoted to Marketing Data Analyst, Team Supervisor.  

Originally from Wappingers Falls, NY, Alicia moved to South Carolina in 2014 to study business at Coastal Carolina University. She graduated with degrees in Business Management and Marketing and holds a Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) certification. 

Alicia enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family in her free time.
